Glastonbury Songwriting Camp

A behind-the-scenes look at creativity in full flow, just a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site.

Each year, Pennard House hosts a private songwriting camp in the lead-up to Glastonbury Festival — bringing together a mix of major artists, upcoming writers, and some of the world’s best producers for a week of collaboration, inspiration, and pure creativity.

I was invited to document the experience — capturing the energy of the sessions, the tech behind the process, and the people who make it all happen. With a stripped-back, run-and-gun setup, I kept things as low-key and fly-on-the-wall as possible, letting the moments speak for themselves.

Across a couple of packed days, I filmed interviews, performances, and creative moments featuring key producers using Focusrite and Novation gear — highlighting the role these tools play in modern music-making.

This was one of those shoots that reminds you why you love doing this. Super inspiring, very real.
